We drove (8 hrs) from Midway, GA to Foley, AL and the camper was 94 degrees inside. We hooked up shore power and turned on air conditioners. After a few hours, the temperature inside had only dropped a few degrees. I checked some obvious things but found nothing to cause the issue. It was getting late and we we’re tired so we roughed it through the night. Next morning, I found an ad for Reliable RV Repair in the campground map. I called and spoke with the owner Jimmy and explained the situation. He said he would have a tech come out that day as they prioritize air conditioning issues. The tech, Dom, showed up later the same day with 2 air conditioners on the truck. He troubleshot both units and determined 1 was bad and the other was on life support. Dom answered all my questions and Jimmy worked on the pricing. I approved replacement of both units at a reasonable price plus the units we’re upgrades from my originals. Dom had both units replaced in a short time. He was very careful inside and on the roof not to damage anything. He took pride in his work. Later that night, Jimmy called to check on how we we’re doing. I told him one of the units didn’t seem to be performing as it should. He said he would come out and look at it himself. As promised, Jimmy came out and found a blockage causing the low performance. He corrected the issue and we are up and running at full cold. It’s rare to find a RV company that will support on short notice and follow-up with customer same day, but Jimmy and his team are all about customer satisfaction. These guys are amazing! They came highly recommended by others in the field. I have used them for repairs to multiple things on my Airstream including my AC unit, hot water heater, electrical systems, etc. They come to you and show up when they say they will. I have dealt with Jimmy and Bobby and both are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Very fair pricing and they always make the right call on repair vs. replace. Can’t say enough great things!

Wow, what a find!!! Had two major problems occur at same time and on a Friday afternoon to boot 😔, found Jimmy's business thru google, called with expectation of him telling me it would be Monday before anyone could come out.. Here's the "wow" moment, he said he would see what he could do, was within an hour he was here. In a very short period had accessed and solved the issues!!!!! So i say yes yes to this business!!! I called Jimmy to do an AC repair on my RV. He was very nice over the phone. He sent out a technician, Bobby, and helper Dominic. Both did a very good job and were very professional. We'll definitely call them in the future and you should too. They will go over what you need and not charge you for a bunch of stuff you don't.

Had an issue with my camper's air conditioning unit not turning on, so I called up Reliable and spoke with Jimmy. I explained the symptoms, and he was able to quickly point me towards the no-cost solution (well, a couple of cents) which turned out to be a fuse I hadn't even thought about. I will definitely turn to them if I need any additional service for my camper!

Water heater replacement. Great job nice guy saved our vacation! First time using the mororhome after a long cold Wisconsin winter. Connected the water from the hydrant next thing I knew I was standing in water inside my RV. Checked the connections which had come loose a couple of times before and they were tight retried the water same result. Looked at where the tank pipe exits the tank and noticed that is where the water was spraying from. The weld had cracked probably due to residual water in the tank upon winterization. I found Jim‘s listing on Google he answered the phone immediately said there was a good chance the water heater needed to be replaced but would make sure it could not be repaired before he did so. The old water heater was a total loss but he brought a tankless heater with him which fit perfectly. It took a few hours to put in and he worked straight through dinner until almost 9 PM until the job was done. The replacement heater will be much simpler to winterize and I am very happy with it. He did a nice job of explaining how everything worked and how it could be adjusted before he left. It was comforting to see several people also guests on the grounds of the RV park come out and greet him and tell their own stories of what a great job he had done on their repair (s). The vacation was saved! I would highly recommend Jim and reliable RV repair.
