My wife contacted and spoke with Mr Jimmy Set up appt for the next day to come see why our RV would not start We bought it used and this was first time we had mechanical issue. Been having issues finding anyone to work on a diesel, even just oil change Mr Jimmy sent Bobby and he was on time, very knowledgeable and extremely fast with diagnosis (bad Starter), quickly located the part and came back to install Very pleasant personality and took ownership of his work with a 100% guarantee of his work and that we were happy. I cannot thank Jimmy, Bobby, and Dominic enough for their help with my RV while I was on a Bucket List Check off trip for my sister. During our trip we lost all hot water, the day after I reached out to Jimmy he came out and fixed it. He was at our site till late and I felt horrible. While there he noticed the temp in my RV which I thought was just from the humidity but no I had a bad rear AC unit. Jimmy knew we were not on our way home yet so the very next day he had reached out to my warranty company and while we were spending the day in Destin Fl, he was at my RV replacing my rear AC unit. He did all of the leg work for me so I could enjoy the day with my sister in the clear blue water. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Jimmy and his crew. I reside in WI and I am willing to drive my RV to FL for future repairs. Thank you so much for all that you did for us!!

Had a significant electrical problem. It caused my chassis batteries to drain so engine would not start.
I was stuck in the middle of a trip over 400 miles from home. Called Reliable in the am. Jimmy came by that afternoon. He quickly diagnose and fixed the problem. Jimmy was courteous , responsive and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed and recommend Jimmy without reservation.

When your full timing and your in a new area and would like to get some work done on your RV and the mobile RV repair companies tell you "we don't work on chassis" you get a little frustrated because that means you have to take it to a shop somewhere which is not very convenient. So I called Reliable thinking I was going to get the same response, luckily for us that was not the case, Jim came out and fixed our dash blower motor. Jim is very professional and pleasant to work with and will tackle anything that needs fixing in a RV.....Thanks Jim

In the middle of July 2022 , They replaced one of my grey tanks that was destroyed by a blowout! Excellent work and response time ! Friendly and professional service..

I would like to thank the Reliable RV Repair crew of Bobby and Dominic who repaired our campers water leak. These guys worked in the heat of the day to get our water supply going.

Bobby showed up prepared and ready to get to work.
I’m sorry I didn’t get his assistants name but he was ready as well.
They did a great job, even creating a “custom” cover from my original heater cover.
Heater works great and the jobsite was left as clean as they found it.

"Wow" what a find!!! My fridge went out,two of my slides weren't working and it was late on a Friday afternoon. I was just trying to find someone that maybe could come out Monday to look over my situation. Called and spoke with Jimmy at Reliable RV Repair Service , and to my most pleasant surprise he said he would be out within an hour.... As promised he came and had my situations scoped out and "REZOLVED" in short order... I am so very pleased with his company, it is to my great pleasure to leave this "review" publicly for all to read... like i said in the beginning of this review "wow".. also my thanks goes out to Bobby who brought out my part that was needed to complete the job Jimmy was working on!! Did i mention this was on a Friday eve!!!!!

My wife and I are new to RV'ng,...one year . We left Oklahoma, stopped over night at a park, hooked up water and had a leak. We were heading to Perdido key, FL. Looked up onsite RV repair and I was beyond fortunate to find Reliable RV Repairs. I called the number, was put in touch with Jim. He said once we arrive in Perdido Key to call..We did and Jim came and got our water issue up and running. If you have a need for RV service, this company responds fast and is reasonable.

I hired these people for the emergency repair of my RV's HVAC system. They arrived shortly after and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I gladly recommend their services to anyone who needs them.
